SPIUMA X18 Automatic plucking machine for poultry and game – configurable.

SPIUMA X18 allows to carry out plucking autonomously, without any contact with the moving parts of the machine.

After having performed the previous scalding phase (scalding tank non included), simply insert the animals in the drum (maximum load of 10 Kg. total) and turn on the machine, after a few moments “usually 30 seconds”, Plucking is completed safely, quietly, and cleanly, and can be rinsed by opening the dedicated tap on the machine. The removed feathers exit through the dedicated outlet.

If required, the the upper part is easily removable.
All cleaning operations are very simple and fast.

Product instructions

Wet the slaughtered animals before placing them in the plucking machine, close the door and turn on the machine. After a few moments (usually thirty seconds is enough) the inserted animals will be plucked. Before removing them, leave the machine running for a few more moments and open the tap to wash them. This improves the removal of feathers from the machine and washes the animals. Then close the tap and remove the plucked animals.
