PARK FOR CAPTURE OR MANAGEMENT OF WILD BOARS AND UNGULATES
The park structure is in fact an extension of the parallelepiped-shaped trap and is used to facilitate a controlled release or to facilitate the operators in the operations of measuring, ringing, etc. but if necessary it can also be transformed into a capture cage by arranging the deception system at the entrances.
The standard version of the park, once assembled, has a hexagonal shape and is made up of 12 panels measuring 1,9 x 0,99 metres, two of which have a guillotine-closing door.
As with traps, this is also an essential element for capture and has been designed and built using decades of experience of operators, researchers and wildlife technicians. The particular rigid shape of the structure allows installation on irregular surfaces and the ingenious deception system avoids the risk of blocking the mechanism during closing.
All panels are entirely welded and manufactured in electro-welded mesh with large meshes, fixed on the perimeter on special profiles, the structure is further strengthened in the center with the application of a reinforcing band. Everything is obtained and worked with numerically controlled machinery using thick carbon steel, to resist the considerable stresses of the captured heads.
The park can be supplied raw, or entirely hot-dip galvanized to resist atmospheric agents and possibly, as an option to add camouflage and masking, powder coated in a RAL color of your choice.
The deception system is ingenious but at the same time simplified, effective, safe and is equipped with a mechanical block to prevent the animals from lifting it, while for the safety of the operators, there is a safety latch that prevents the accidental closing of the guillotine door during inspection operations.
The entire structure supplied flat-pack is engineered for:
- Resist mechanical stress that the animal could generate in an attempt to escape.
- Prevent escape.
- Be assembled by interlocking and held in place by large bolts.
- Be easily handled, assembled and disassembled by just two people in a short time.
- Be light enough and easily transportable, such as on a pick-up type box vehicle, where you can load it when everything is dismantled, a trap and a complete park.
- Be very sturdy and anti-deformation.
- Allow and facilitate the use of the designated killing systems without endangering the operator (regulation currently being amended).
The park is also equipped with ground fixing pegs and a specific recognition and identification table in compliance with the law.
The following optionals are available on demand:
- Powder coating in RAL green.
- Perimeter shade camouflage net.
- Radio alarm warning of captured animal, so as to facilitate the intervention of operators in the shortest possible time.
- Monitoring and recognition system of the captured animal with the option of immediate reopening and remote automatic rearming (essential in the event of the capture of unauthorized subjects).
- Size and shape variable according to needs.
The park should be checked at least once a day.
ATTENTION:
CAPTURE CAGES CANNOT BE SOLD TO PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS, THEY CAN BE PURCHASED ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY BY PUBLIC BODIES FOR THE ACTIVITIES PROVIDED FOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT REGULATIONS: (art.4; art.10/7; art.19/2; art.19bis D.L.157/92; art.11/4; art.19/5 D.L.394/91).
IMPORTANT:
Traps are used for research, environmental sampling and eradication of unwanted, harmful or overpopulated species. Various models are available with foldable and/or stackable shapes and structures, they can be equipped with handles for easy movement and doors for the removal/exit of subjects, the structural meshes can be sized to allow the passage of animals under the minimum legal size.
